Responsibilities:
We are recruiting a Project Manager, who is responsible for Building Services Project Management, Contract documentation, Site Management & Execution for the luxury residential portfolio in Hong Kong. This manager needs to ensure that all phases of work are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality.
Requirements:
- A recognized professional degree in building services engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing the luxury residential projects, including maintenance / renovation projects
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Motivated, confident and a team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
