Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all quantity surveying functions for large-scale commercial projects.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, final accounts and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to ensure project efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically on large-scale commercial projects.
- Previous experience in luxury shopping mall developments is highly desirable.
- Fitting-out experience will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; professional membership eg HKIS or RICS is a must.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
