Job Description:
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data center and industrial projects. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of data center and industrial projects, from conception through completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports on project status to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on data center and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of data center and industrial project design, construction methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, CIOB, MICM or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
