Senior Mechanical Engineer - E&M Consultancy Firm
Job responsibilities:
Handle design work, project planning and operation of E&M systems
Attend meetings with clients, architects and contractors
Prepare technical reports
Monitor the performance and progress of project
Manage budget, project management fee and expenses
Job requirements:
Tertiary educated in Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
5+ years of experiences in building services
Experiences in retail projects preferred but not required
