Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the retail mall's operations, including marketing activities, positioning of the asset, retail leasing, property management, and retail operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and maximize tenant occupancy.
- Manage the retail leasing process, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a diverse and attractive tenant mix.
- Oversee property management activities, ensuring the maintenance of high standards in property upkeep, security, and customer service.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a superior shopping experience for visitors.
- Work closely with stakeholders, tenants, and partners to build strong relationships and ensure the smooth functioning of the retail mall.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
- At least 15 years of relevant leasing experience in other landlords or property agencies
- Strong market sense with analytical thinking
- Experience in pre-opening projects in Mainland China would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
