Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point/ go-to-person of the business department on all IT matters
- Work with internal business teams and IT teams, as well as external technology vendors throughout project cycle
- Proactively engage and communicate with all project stakeholders to coordinate for all project matters, including schedule, requirements, UAT, training and etc.
- Involve in UAT and pilot testing of digital/ IT solutions
Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor degree
- With 5+ years’ experience under BA & PM capacities on leading IT/ application implementation projects
- Real estate and/or property management industry experience required
- With a broad and fundamental knowledge across all IT spectrums, including application development, infrastructure, security, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and tight project timelines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
