Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to effectively manage customer relationships and drive customer retention and loyalty across the APAC region.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to analyze customer data and market trends, extracting actionable insights to formulate targeted and effective marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM and digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage the ecommerce website, working closely with the IT and design teams to enhance the UI/UX and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, preferences, and trends, leveraging insights to personalize marketing communications and drive engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM management and digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in website management and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; proficiency in other languages spoken across APAC is a plus.
