Responsibilities:
- Ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet all Services Level Agreement (SLA)
- Perform regular upgrades and update for all software to ensure adequate support
- Implement technical projects to fulfil business requirements
- Study and provide recommendations from the operational point of view and assistconfiguration change with vendors
- Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to avoid re-occurrence
- Update regularly on software and hardware inventory and maintain up-to-date systemconfiguration
- Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all criticalproblems
- Ensure day-to-day change requirements are implemented in a timely and professionalmanner
- Occasionally onsite support in Data Center installation of recovery is required
- Perform second-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above preferably in IT
- Minimum 6 Years of experience
- Certified in Linux and AWS is an advantage
- Experiences in Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, VCS, vSphere, OpenShift and Kubernetes are anadvantage
- Preferably with solid experience in network administration with Strong Knowledgein LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Cloud Network Architecture (AWS & Azure), Micro-Segmentation Firewall, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, NetworkManagement, Performance Monitoring and/or Automation Tools
- Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
