Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
- Supervise onsite operation teams to ensure the most effective setup, leading to operational efficiency and consistency
- Identify amenities and services that can be introduced in new and existing projects and look at new innovative ways to improve the customer experience at the properties
- Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.
Requirements
- Degree in Property Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in property management/ acting landlord represntative/ tenanct management/ leasing
- Strong market sense with analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
