Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess building services installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of building services systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building services inspection, specifically in luxury commercial or hotel projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
