Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional application support on BIPO HRIS system
- Coordinate and support UAT tests
- Capture and consolidate requirements from business stakeholders, and in order to liaise with external vendor to deliver system enhancements and changes
- Prepare relevant documentation and system specifications
Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- With 3+ years' work experience in an IT support/ Business Analyst roles, with proven track records in supporting HRIS/ HRMS systems
- Good knowledge of HR department's workflows and duties
- Familiar with UAT system testing processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
