Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Developing and implementing short/long-term strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Budget management: Controlling budgets, optimizing expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Team leadership: Building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a positive work culture, and providing guidance to staff.
- Operational excellence: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of multiple dining brands, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency. Ensure service quality, food standards, hygiene and safety and labor costs align with the business requirements and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency, so as to deliver a premium dining experience for customers.
- Stakeholder relations: Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and board members.
- Business development strategy: Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to drive growth.
- Sales and revenue growth: Leading efforts to increase sales and revenue through new business opportunities.
- Performance tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Performance analysis: Monitoring business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions.
- Risk management: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Assessing and mitigating risks to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 20+ years relevant experience in operation and management of fine dining group or high-end restaurants in international luxury hotel, with at least 10 years in senior leadership role in F&B industry.
- Degree holder or above in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to foster collaboration across stakeholders and departments.
- Strong network within the F&B industry and media relations experience.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- The capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and market dynamics.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
