• Manage and oversee all quantity surveying functions for large-scale commercial projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, final accounts and financial reports.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to ensure project efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically on large-scale commercial projects.
• Previous experience in luxury shopping mall developments is highly desirable.
• Fitting-out experience will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; professional membership eg HKIS or RICS is a must.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
