Job Description:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ QS, you will assist in managing the financial aspects of housing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
- Support in monitoring project costs and assessing variations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost management and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying, particularly in housing projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
