Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategies and drive the engagement with potential prospects
- Identify key decision makers from prospective companies, formulate lobbying approach based on the target’s EOIs and needs, and in order to prepare tailor-made presentations and proposals to facilitate the sales processes
- Prepare, coordinate and review relevant documentations, which includes contracts, agreements, tenders, promotional materials, etc.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants/ vendors throughout the sales, handover and project cycle to ensure requirements are clearly communicated through and that scopes are delivered as agreed
Requirements:
- Obtained Bachelor Degree(s) from a reputable tertiary education institution
- With 15+ years' experience in leadership role from Technology, Innovation, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, property development, land administration, valuation related industries
- Proven track records in real estate development management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business analysis and financial modelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
