Job Description:
- Lead and oversee planning, executing and managing structural design and engineering and site management for the property portfolio in Hong Kong
- Monitor planning, design and project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, sub contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Provide engineering solutions to sites
Requirements:
- Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering other relevant disciplines
- HKIE in Structural Engineering, RSE with solid site management experiences is preferred
- At least 12 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing Hong Kong development projects
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
