Responsibilities:
- Lead and implementation of a sales strategy to enhance interest and engagement from stakeholders and partners
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in the market to understand their unique needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive actionable outcomes
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to illustrate the benefits and opportunities associated with the project
- Prepare and review land lease tenders, investment promotion materials, transaction agreements, and assist in the due diligence process
- Prepare submissions to government bodies for land development approvals
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to formulate a land development plan for Senior Management's review
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate, or related discipline
- At leasy 15 years of experience in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison, and project implementation
- Proven experience in real estate development management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business analysis, and financial modeling.
- Familiar with government approval processes, policies, procedures, and regulations related to land development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Good Command in English and Chinese
