Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

Responsibilities:

            • Deliver high-quality customer service telephone and written communication
            • Handle customer inquiries and relay feedback to management for quick action
            • Assist in updating various customer service-related systems

Requirements:

            • DSE or Form 7 or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
            • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); computer literacy required
            • Strong customer service skills
            • Shift duty required
