Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Responsible for planning and executing leasing strategy for assigned retail portfolio

          • Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants

          • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management

          • Review and maintain a robust tenant database

          • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

          • Monitor the team performance to achieve the target set by senior management.

Requirements:

• • • • • • Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline

          • At least 15 years of relevant retail leasing experience in other landlords or property agencies

          • Strong market sense with analytical thinking

          • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

          • Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills

          • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
