Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Manage financial accounting and management reporting for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia entities in compliance with HKFRS and IFRS.
          • Conduct monthly group consolidations, prepare monthly finance reports, and develop financial models.
          • Oversee the preparation of the group statutory reporting package.
          • Manage the annual budget, strategic planning, and financial forecasting for the group.
          • Collaborate with outsourcing service providers to ensure effective delivery of services.
          • Coordinate with auditors to facilitate the statutory audit process.
          • Work with tax advisors on compliance and advisory matters.
          • Treasury experience is highly desirable

Requirements:

• • • • • • Degree holder or above in accounting or related discipline 
          • Qualified accountant with at least 7 years of work experience with a mix of audit (Big 4)and commercial experience
          • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
          • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
          • Proactive, team-oriented attitude.
