Regional Product Manager ( HVAC )

Responsibilities:

                • Analyze market trends and needs to prioritize and execute business plans.
                • Develop strategic product plans, managing the lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation.
                • Create and implement product launch plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
                • Analyze competitor offerings and coordinate with market management on product requests.
                • Communicate with Asia Pacific regions to capture market trends and customer needs.
                • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies.
                • Ensure unified vision in product development with content resources.
                • Responsible for product lifecycle management and quality assurance, this role contributes to new product development, market introductions, and supports sales growth.

Requirements:

                • Bachelor’s degree in Building Automation, HVAC, Electronics, or Information Engineering.
                • Over 4 years in the HVAC industry, preferably with sensors and meters.
                • Strong English and Mandarin communication, presentation, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and CRM is a plus.
                • Persuasive, risk-evaluative, strong interpersonal skills, and openness to international collaboration.
                • Willingness to travel within APAC, Europe, and USA; based in Hong Kong preferred.
