Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Support the Project Team in the administration of retail fit-out projects
          • Monitor on-site safety, work quality, and craftsmanship
          • Execute tasks as directed by the Project Manager
          • Coordinate with sub-contractors based on finalized design specifications
          • Manage material logistics and ensure timely delivery to site
          • Willingness to work night shifts when required

Requirements:

• • • • • • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
          • Minimum 3 years of experience in fitting-out, interior design, architecture, or related fields
          • Prior experience in site coordination is an advantage
          • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Putonghua
          • Skilled in using MS Office and other relevant software
          • Immediate availability is preferred
          • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Site Supervisor
