Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Monitor architectural & interior design, fitting out project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
            • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
            • Liaise with local government for statutory submission;
            • Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
            • Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Degree in Architecture Design, Interior Design, Building Studies or other relevant disciplines
            • At least 10 years of experiences in handling sizeable mixed use and luxury hotel development projects in PRC 
            • Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 
            • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
            • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
            • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
