- Monitor architectural & interior design, fitting out project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Liaise with local government for statutory submission;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture Design, Interior Design, Building Studies or other relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years of experiences in handling sizeable mixed use and luxury hotel development projects in PRC
- Exposure in full project cycle is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
