- Provide safety training and orientation for all site personnel.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
- Monitor safety performance and recommend corrective actions to minimize risks.

Requirements:

- Registered Safety Officer with relevant certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety, preferably with ASD or housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
