Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Clerk of Works role, with a focus on fitting out and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
