Responsibilities:

          • Maintain a stable IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
          • Provide high-level support for desktop and server operations.
          • Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including networking and storage.
          • Monitor and resolve service requests and incident tickets promptly.
          • Install systems and set up equipment for operational needs.
          • Maintain IT asset inventory and collaborate with vendors for maintenance.
          • Conduct backups and execute Disaster Recovery drills.
          • Research and recommend new technologies for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

• • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
          • 5+ years of experience in server support and networking.
          • Strong experience in configuring and troubleshooting PC systems and Windows environments.
          • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.
          • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory and O365.
          • Familiarity with Linux server environments.
          • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
          • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) preferred.
