Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for fitting out projects.
            • Support the Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs, including procurement and subcontractor management.
            • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess project requirements.
            • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, variations, and final accounts.
            • Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
            • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
            • Monitor project timelines and contribute to reporting on financial performance.
            • Provide support in resolving any cost-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
            • Minimum 2 years of experience in fitting out projects.
            • Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes.
            • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
            • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
            • Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
