- Collaborate with project teams to assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting project performance and variances.
- Conduct regular reviews of project contracts and manage variations and claims.
- Mentor and train junior staff in cost management and contract administration practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost and contract management, specifically in fitting out projects.
- Charter membership with HKIS or RICS is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost management and reporting.
