Responsibilities:

          • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
          • Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
          • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
          • Collaborate with project teams to assess and mitigate financial risks.
          • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting project performance and variances.
          • Conduct regular reviews of project contracts and manage variations and claims.
          • Mentor and train junior staff in cost management and contract administration practices.

Requirements:

• • • • • • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
          • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost and contract management, specifically in fitting out projects.
          • Charter membership with HKIS or RICS is essential.
          • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
          • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
          • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
          • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
          • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost management and reporting.
