Responsibilities:

          • Lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure potential investors for capital raising
          • Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and annual reports
          • Organize and manage investor meetings, conference calls, and fundraising roadshows
          • Respond to investor inquiries and provide insights on company performance and market trends
          • Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
          • Minimum 8 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital markets, or investment management
          • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
          • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is essential
          • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholder
