Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Assist in the design, planning, and operation of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems.
              • Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
              • Prepare technical documentation, including design proposals, reports, and specifications.
              • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards.
              • Manage project budgets, consultancy fees, and related expenses effectively.
              • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and professional development.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • Degree holder or above in Mechancial Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
              • Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in building services works
              • Possession of a recognized professional qualification (e.g., MHKIE, CIBSE, MIMechE) is an advantage.
              • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
              • Strong organizational and communication skills.
              • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
