Design, develop, and integrate solutions to enable end-to-end trading flows across multiple business lines and systems.

Lead and manage cross-departmental projects, covering feasibility analysis (PoC), requirements gathering, design, implementation, integration, testing, and post-launch support.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, regional technology teams (China, HK, SG), market platform providers, and FMIs (exchanges, clearing houses) throughout the project lifecycle and post-go-live phases.

Work closely with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure optimal system performance, capacity, stability, security, and resilience.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and remediate system issues and incidents with timely follow-up actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience in technology development and/or support
-
Proven experience in developing, integrating, or supporting trading applications, post-trade systems, or risk/compliance/finance platforms (in-house or vendor solutions).

Strong knowledge of non-functional technology requirements, including cybersecurity, resiliency, IAM, change management, and incident management best practices.

Project management skills to oversee scope, resources, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies (a plus).

Technical proficiency in programming/database technologies (Python, Java/JavaScript, C#/.NET, SQL, shell scripting) (a plus).

Solid understanding of global capital markets and products (bonds, equities, derivatives) is highly preferred.

Familiarity with SFC regulations and Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) rules is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin fluency required).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities under pressure.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player who builds strong stakeholder relationships.
