Customer Service Officer ( HNW Clients )

Job Responsibilities:

                      • Provide trading support to clients, including order placement, inquiries, and problem resolution.

                      • Explain the functions of trading platforms and assist clients in their operations.

                      • Handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

                      • Monitor market trends and provide relevant information and advice to clients.

                      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth trading processes.

                      • Communicate regularly with clients, providing market updates and product information.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a securities firm or financial industry.
  • Familiarity with trading processes and securities market operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork.
