My client is looking for high caliber to join as a BIM Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Be the key person to develop and implement BIM standards and procedures.
• Work closely with project teams to integrate BIM into design, construction and operation phases.
• Monitor the BIM to ensure its accuracy and meets with project requirement and industry standards.
• Train and coach subordinates.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new BIM technology.

• Bachelor or above Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• 5 years relevant project management experience.
• Possess relevant certificate in BIM management is an advantage.
• Experienced in implementing BIM into construction projects.
• Familiar with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with indsutry standards on BIM.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). 
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
