Our client is now looking for Sales Director (Public Sector) (IT infrastructure) (OTE:2M) to join their team.
Key Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for IT infrastructure to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for the banking & financial sectors;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business objectives, and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs through market research and networking;
- Seize new business opportunities, oversee the entire pipeline process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensure efficient and effective progression of opportunities for the banking and financial sectors;
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's comprehensive range of services and solutions to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue potential;
- Lead business development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, subject matter experts, and marketing team, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business strategies;
- Provide data analytics insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities; and
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact the business strategies.
Key Requirement
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably within the technology industry, with a deep understanding of the banking and financial environment.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- A results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets, meeting deadlines, and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and pursue strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and collaboration prospects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with industry leaders, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
