We are looking for an experienced Early Careers Programme Officer for our client. The role coordinates Early Careers Talent Management to enhance HR efficiency.
The role is expected to deliver high-quality services to all business units and ensure excellent experience for internal stakeholders throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be a key member in driving HR efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the standardization and simplification of the processes followed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Early Careers Coordinator, assisting the Early Careers Senior Manager with talent rotation management, progress reviews, and training initiatives.
- Arrange regular meetings with the Management Trainee and Early Careers Senior Manager to facilitate an efficient and smooth process.
- Maintain accurate records of talent development, progress in talent management, and rotation plans.
- Establish relationships and communicate promptly and proactively with the relevant recruiters regarding updates, changes, and any issues related to assigned tasks.
- Collaborate as a team to ensure that tasks are executed to a high standard and completed within the established service level agreements (SLAs), such as turnaround time and accuracy.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and provide benefits to internal clients.
- Under the guidance of the supervising manager, assess existing business processes, rules, metrics, and standard operating procedures to identify areas for enhancement.
- Support the manager in collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for optimization; develop solutions to continuously improve and streamline processes and to develop value adding enhancements
- Provide support during peak recruitment seasons as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR coordination role, preferably handling a high volume of transactions
- Experience in Campus Recruitment and Management Trainee Program
- Extensive hands-on experience in HR or Early Careers functions
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
- Capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid project management skills with the capability to prioritize various tasks.
- Excellent team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Service-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction at all organizational levels and with external partners.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
