Our client, is a leading Chinese bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for Officer, Channel Management to join their team. 

Responsible

• Conduct regular branch visit and provide support to branches on the implementation of improvement or rectification work
• Assist to obtain approval for branch opening, renovation, renewal, prepare the related materials and make sure strictly adhere to the related guidelines
• Ensure to process the branch renewal timely
• Conduct market research and peer comparison and drive business units to close gap with competitors.
• Liaise and negotiate with the Developers, landlords, business owners and relevant organizations or Governmental authorities for the completion of new lease & lease renewal documents/ agreements

Experience Requirements:

• With project management experience especially in branch rental / new open / renovation is preferable
• Good coordination and communication skill so as to work with varies divisions
• Good English and Chinese writing skills
• Meticulous at work, good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Capable to handle multi-tasks
