Responsibilities
- Process new loan applications, verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Administer the onboarding process for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, making sure all essential documentation is collected and checked.
- Assist in Loan new product development and existing products & services enhancement to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness
- Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties and global custodian
- Maintain and improve internal control procedures
- To guide the credit administrative team perform their duties accurately
- Diligently and to keep on enhancing their standard
- Update regular reports, TU reports, MCRA reports, proposals and presentations
- Site Inspection when required
- Provide support to other teams when needed.
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above
- 1-3 years of relevant banking experience in Loan / Credit approval
- Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience can be considered for lower positions.
