We are looking for an Application Support for our client. The role provides Level 2 support at HK Airport and manages application support.
Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for Level 2 support staff stationed at HK Airport.
- Deliver production and user support in line with the Service Level Agreement.
- Work closely with the offshore support team to ensure application support for the system
- Delegate problem investigations, bug fixes, and minor enhancements to offshore team members.
- Keep the release plan and Incident Management System current.
- Oversee, monitor, and report on team work plans.
- Promptly escalate issues to the Service Manager when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT.
- Previous experience in application support is a plus.
- Experience in resolving technical issues on Windows workstations.
- Dedicated to system support tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Java and Angular.
- Must be available to report to the HK Airport Authority.
- Well-groomed and possessing an outgoing personality.
- On-call availability for S1/S2 incidents outside of office hours.
