Application Support(1 yr contract, HK Airport)
We are looking for an Application Support for our client. The role provides Level 2 support at HK Airport and manages application support.
 
Job Description
  • Act as the main point of contact for Level 2 support staff stationed at HK Airport.
  • Deliver production and user support in line with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Work closely with the offshore support team to ensure application support for the system
  • Delegate problem investigations, bug fixes, and minor enhancements to offshore team members.
  • Keep the release plan and Incident Management System current.
  • Oversee, monitor, and report on team work plans.
  • Promptly escalate issues to the Service Manager when necessary.
 
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT.
  • Previous experience in application support is a plus.
  • Experience in resolving technical issues on Windows workstations.
  • Dedicated to system support tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and Angular.
  • Must be available to report to the HK Airport Authority.
  • Well-groomed and possessing an outgoing personality.
  • On-call availability for S1/S2 incidents outside of office hours.
