Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll, reports, MPF, tax filing, and medical for internal staff
- Maintain an updated and accurate database in the HR system
- Responsible for administrating full HR processes relating to employee life-cycle, i.e. Employment Contract, HRIS data input, P-files, on-boarding & off-boarding, leave record, etc
- Prepare document for Working Permit Application submission for both internal & external client
- Organize Employees Compensation for the Company on an annual basis and handle EC claims against Employees’ Compensation Insurance
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Description:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulations
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to perform multi-tasks
- Independent, flexible, result-driven, and analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Less experience will be considered as HR Assistant
