Duties:
- Oversee property e.g Grade A Office Building, Service Apartment and repair/renovation projects such as FS, MVAC, Electrical, and P&D systems.
- Manage technical staff to conduct repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks.
- To supervise and monitor work progress on site and certify work completion.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and renovation purposes.
- Ensure that all engineering works meet statutory regulations and standards.
- Attend emergency situation by 7x24.
Requirments:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years’ experience in building maintenance and equipment upgrading projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance best practices.
- Practical experience in drafting technical specifications and managing tender processes for work contracts.
- Capable of working autonomously with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
