Duties:

• Oversee property e.g Grade A Office Building, Service Apartment and repair/renovation projects such as FS, MVAC, Electrical, and P&D systems.
• Manage technical staff to conduct repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks.
• To supervise and monitor work progress on site and certify work completion. 
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and renovation purposes.
• Ensure that all engineering works meet statutory regulations and standards.
• Attend emergency situation by 7x24.

Requirments:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 
• 8 years’ experience in building maintenance and equipment upgrading projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance best practices.
• Practical experience in drafting technical specifications and managing tender processes for work contracts.
• Capable of working autonomously with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
