Responsibilities:

• Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement needs
• Define milestones, scopes and action plans for compliance projects 
• Develop new internal compliances or update existing policies when needed
• Work closely with internal teams to oversee rectification measures and activities
• Assist to cultivate a welcoming culture on compliance adoption & adhesion

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree or above
• With 6+ years’ experience in Risk & Compliance across both general compliances and IT compliances
• Work experience with both in-house and big-4 preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
