- Lead a team focused on Property and Car Park Management, supporting critical operations across platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize needs and ensure compliance with IT standards.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee application management, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Handle vendor management, including selection, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor team performance and plan resources according to business and IT roadmaps.
- Develop presentation materials and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE certification preferred.
- 12+ years of experience managing critical applications and business functions, preferably in MNCs.
- Extensive IT project and portfolio management experience.
- Strong background in property management and operations systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of technical architecture, system design, and problem-solving in IT contexts.
- Proficient in developing high-quality presentation materials for executive audiences.
