Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for E&M projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Monitor project costs and provide financial reports to project management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and bid submissions.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance project efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors in their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on E&M projects, ideally with a main or sub-contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is preferred but not essential.
