Responsibilities:
•Ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet all Services Level Agreement (SLA)
•Perform regular upgrades and update for all software to ensure adequate support
•Implement technical projects to fulfil business requirements
•Study and provide recommendations from the operational point of view and assistconfiguration change with vendors
•Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to avoid re-occurrence
•Update regularly on software and hardware inventory and maintain up-to-date systemconfiguration
•Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all criticalproblems
•Ensure day-to-day change requirements are implemented in a timely and professionalmanner
•Occasionally onsite support in Data Center installation of recovery is required
•Perform second-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem
Requirements:
•Diploma holder or above preferably in IT
•Minimum 6 Years of experience
•Certified in Linux and AWS is an advantage
•Experiences in Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, VCS, vSphere, OpenShift and Kubernetes are anadvantage
•Preferably with solid experience in network administration with Strong Knowledgein LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Cloud Network Architecture (AWS & Azure), Micro-Segmentation Firewall, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, NetworkManagement, Performance Monitoring and/or Automation Tools
•Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps is an advantage
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
