Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, and monitor financial performance to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in construction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically for building projects such as commercial, hotels, and offices.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and technologies.
- Proven experience in managing projects from a developer’s perspective is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
