Key Responsibilities
- Work with Project Management team to ensure construction progress, quality, budget and time.
- To ensure the construction works comply with the contract documentations and contracts drawings.
- Monitor and advise on construction planning, programme and workmanship
- Conduct site inspections on contractor’s work to ensure the quality of works, safety and environmental precaution measures carried out in compliance with the contract document and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with the Property Management and relevant parties for the building testing & commissioning, handover activities and follow up the status of defects rectification.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Degree in Building / Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
- Chartered member of the recognized professional institutions
- Minimum 15 years’ in building / construction industry with at least 10 years site supervision and management experience
- Initiative, being systematic, able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables.
- Good leadership, site management and communication skills.
- Good PC knowledge.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
