Summary:
Our client is a reputable software house and to cope with the increasing demands from new project, they are looking for a few Business Analyst/ Assistant IT Project Manager to oversee IT projects for their banking and insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with client's IT teams to gather and discuss business requirements
- Analyze requirements to come up with specifications and project plans
- Coordinate with and manage the software house's internal IT resources and external suppliers throughout the end-to-end project cycle
- Participate in troubleshoots throughout SDLC to come up with solutions/ directions to steer through technical challenges
- Define with UAT test plans and execute UAT activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 4+ years' experience in Business Analytics and/or IT Project Management roles
- With industry domain experience in banking, finance and/ or insurance sectors
- With good stakeholder and project management skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
