To cope with the expansion of their datacenter business's portfolio, we are looking for an experienced leader in datacenter to take lead on the renovation/ overhaul of the fitting out of a datacenter. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong project experience to design ICT elements of datacenters (i.e. structured cabling, data hall, entrance access,. etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other datacenter's project counterparts (e.g. MEP team, consultancy, vendors & suppliers, etc.) to deliver end-to-end fitting out project of the datacenter
• Involve in fitting out design phases contributing to comment on design elements based on your expertise of DC operation
• Establish operational procedure, workflow and best practices
• Oversee project delivery and ensure that they align with project scopes and DC operation needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related diciplines
• Experience in DC operations, with track records involving/ leading in DC's fitting out projects
• With 10+ years' relevant experience in DC, and a minimal 5 years of people management experience
• With strong people management skills, particularly in managing engineers and/or technicians
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Chinese and English language skills
