Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project life cycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of project management experience in data center or industrial building projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects in Hong Kong.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English AND Cantonese.
