Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement construction strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on timelines, budgets, and any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental considerations.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Manage client relationships and ensure their expectations are met throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mega-scale commercial and residential mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience on projects in Hong Kong or China is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations in Dubai and willing to be based in Dubai.
